- Do you alter wedding dresses bought somewhere else?
- Yes. Bring your dress to a fitting at our Milpitas studio and our tailor will plan the work with you and quote it before anything begins.
- What should I bring to my alteration fitting?
- The dress, the shoes you'll wear on the day, and your wedding undergarments, so the hem and fit are set for how you'll actually wear it.
- When should I start wedding dress alterations?
- Book as soon as you have the dress and your date. We schedule fittings back from the wedding so there's time for each stage without a rush.
- How much do wedding dress alterations cost?
- Alterations are free when you rent or buy your dress from Lichée Bridal. For a dress bought elsewhere, it depends on the work it needs, so the tailor quotes after seeing it on you at the first fitting.
